Every project includes 14 days of post-launch support at no additional cost. We fix bugs, adjust copy, and answer questions about the handover documentation. After 14 days, support is either ad hoc (billed at our published hourly rate) or covered by the Care plan.

By default we deploy sites to Vercel, which has a generous free tier suitable for most small business traffic. We can also deploy to Netlify, Cloudflare Pages, or your existing hosting provider. Hosting choice is yours and you own the account.

Either works. If you already own the domain, we handle DNS and SSL setup at launch. If you do not, we will recommend a registrar (typically Cloudflare or Namecheap), help you register, and configure it. You always own the domain account.

Most clients supply their own copy and photos. If you need help, we offer light copywriting and can source royalty-free imagery as part of the scope. For full content production (long-form copy, custom photography), we recommend specialists and stay in the production timeline.

Yes. Bilingual EN/TH (or any two-language combination) is a standard scope option. We build a clean language toggle, localized URLs, and SEO-friendly hreflang tags. Content is supplied by the client or produced by a translator you select.
