A short discovery call (15 minutes max) and a one-page intake form. We capture the business context, the single goal of the site, your content inventory, brand references, and any technical constraints. By the end of the call, scope and price are confirmed in writing.
A live staging URL is delivered within the first 6 hours of project start so you can watch the site take shape, not wait for a Figma file. By the 24-hour mark, the full design is in the browser, responsive on mobile, and content-populated with what you supplied.
You review the staging URL and send consolidated feedback in writing or on a single call. One round of revisions is included — typically copy edits, image swaps, color tweaks, layout adjustments. Major scope changes are quoted separately and require your written approval.
Production deployment to Vercel (or the hosting provider of your choice), DNS and SSL configured, custom email and analytics installed, schema markup and sitemap submitted to Google Search Console. The site is live on your domain within 24 hours of your final approval.
We deliver a written hand-over: how to edit content, where the source code lives, what passwords to keep, and a 5-minute training video walking you through the dashboard. You own the code, the hosting account, the domain, and the analytics — there is no platform lock-in.
If you would rather not maintain the site yourself, our Care plan covers up to 4 content updates per month, security and dependency patches, hosting and uptime monitoring, and a monthly performance and traffic report. Month-to-month, cancellable at any time. Most clients add it after launch.
