Terms of Service

1. Parties

These Terms of Service (the Terms) are entered into between Dalatra LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, with registered office at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (Dalatra, we, us), and any person or entity that purchases a service from Dalatra (the Client).

2. Services

Dalatra provides one-time, fixed-fee website design and development services and optional monthly maintenance services. The specific scope of each engagement is documented in a written scope-of-work document signed prior to the start of work.

3. Fees and payment

Project fees are invoiced 100% upfront upon execution of the scope of work. Payment is processed via card or ACH through our secure checkout. Fees are denominated in US Dollars (USD). Late payments may result in suspension of delivery.

4. Delivery

Standard delivery timelines are 24 hours (Single page) and 48 hours (Multi-page) from execution of the scope of work and provision of all required client assets (logo, copy, images). Delays caused by missing client assets do not extend the liability of Dalatra.

5. Revisions and acceptance

Each deliverable includes two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are invoiced at $80 per revision. Deliverables are considered accepted 14 days after delivery if no written rejection has been received.

7. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, all rights, title, and interest in the final delivered website pass to the Client, except for third-party components (fonts, plugins, libraries) governed by their own licenses. Dalatra retains the right to display the project as portfolio work.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Dalatra arising out of or related to any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for that specific engagement.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively before the state or federal courts located in the State of Wyoming.
